Gone for Two Weeks :)

Hi all,

I hope you are enjoying this holiday season! I just wanted to let you know that I am leaving for England on Wednesday for two weeks so I really am not going to have much time to update my blog, but I definitely will every chance I get! And I will definitely have tonsss of pictures when I get back!

Happy Holidays!

This is absolutely one of my favorite bracelets. If you look closely, you can see the mint green and light blue stripes in these handmade glass beads that I bought at a trunk show. It is such a nautical piece that it is so unique. The clear glass beads allow some separation between the green/blue beads so the stripes are  not on overload. The memory wire that the beads sit on allows the piece to fit comfortably on most wrists.

Because these beads were handmade, this piece is more expensive, selling for $50.00.

More Variations of the LA and Mini LA Collection

LA/Mini LA
Here are just some more variations of the LA and Mini La Elastic Collection. Again, each LA sells for $8.00 or 2 for $14.00, while the mini's sell for $$6.00 each or 2 for $10.00.

IV Earrings

This pair of earrings is my favorite that I have made thus far. I have made two pairs of them, and one has sold, probably because I am always wearing the other! The two leaves were originally just separate pieces, so I of course added the rhinestones, punched a hole through the top of each, connected two oversized jump rings, and attached the posts. These earrings absolutely catch the light beautifully and dangle just the right length. A pair SOLD for $20.00.

More variations of Bachic Collection

More Variations of Bachic
Here are just a few more pieces from the Bachic Collection: The gold and brown piece is actually an elastic bracelet, while the purple and silver piece is fit to size using beading wire and a small toggle clasp. The elastic piece sells for $30.00 while the silver and purple piece sells for $26.00.

JW

Hot pink and baby blue: one of my favorite color combinations since I was little. And the frosted white beads surrounding them? The absolute necessary aspect of this amazing color combination. But I think my favorite part of this bracelet is the way the silver bead dividers add such intense shape to the piece. This colorful bracelet sells for $ 12.00.

OS Bracelet

OS Bracelet
One word describes this bracelet: Major Iridescent. Okay, one phrase. Either way, the irridescence in the glass twin beads paired with the colorful iridescence int he rainbow gems allow this piece to seriously capture the light, no matter what angle your wrist is at. The three strands of beads intertwine and fall beautifully on the wrist. This is such a fun piece for the cold winter season, and it SOLD for $18.00.

GS Set

GS Set
So I have never EVER been a fan of matching sets of jewelry. Wait, let me rephrase that, I have never been a fan of wearing matching sets of jewelry at the same time. I am not sure why, maybe because I like to be a little more outspoken when it comes to my accessories, but I think it is more fun when things actually contrast each other.
Which is why it came as a surprise to me that I would ever create this set--an elastic bracelet and matching necklace. The necklace sits on a strand of flexible nylon coated beading wire and secures to a lobster claw and chain.

Something about the sparkle and shine in the bronze colored round beads with the swirls of black and how it goes with the shine of the jagged black beads. I don't know what it is, but I LOVE. I would even break one of my rules and wear these two pieces together! The set sells for $27.00.

SB Bracelet

SB
This bracelet is one of the more elegant pieces that I have made and contains Swarovski crystals. The silver tube beads are separated by the rhinestoned encrusted rondels and the crystals. The comparison between the white and black background shows how dramatically the crystals catch the light. I love the contrast between the grey and clear crystals, as well. The piece of course secures with a small silver toggle and sells for $20.00. As all of my pieces, this can be made to order, using any color crystals and rhinestones, and in silver or gold.

EL Brooch

I am not sure if it is the Swarovski rhinestones going up the stem or the intense red gem in the center of the flower, but this brooch literally pops. This is the first brooch that I made, and the client asked me to make a piece that reflects a garnet, and I have to say that the turnout of this piece is more beautiful than I could ever imagine. The stem and the top of the flower are separate pieces, as is the red gem. The rhinestones add just enough sparkle, and the compliment the red gem. This is the perfect winter piece and was SOLD at the 12/13 jewelry party for $22.

These drop earrings are perfect for New Year's Eve. Of course, they are also beautiful for any night out, but they scream NYE to me. They do come with rubber stoppers to go behind your ear because the metal chain actually goes through your ear. The bronze color of the beads is one of my favorite shades for jewelry, and I love the sparkle that the larger bottom bead has. This is the definition of fun jewelry :) These earrings sell for $12.00.

Are these little studs no the cutest? The most unique part of these earrings is that the neon metallic paint on the two gems is not only different colors, but the patterns of the paint do not even match. Mismatched earrings! I love it. And the silver coated flower petals along the edges bring such a girly vibe to them. I definitely love the idea of the mismatch earrings and will be making more, as this pair SOLD at the 12/13 jewelry party for $10.

Sp hoops

SP Hoops
These small hoops are adorned by Czech glass beads--each bead is a combination of silver and plum colored. The multi-colored beads create a rugged appearance that captures the light every time you turn your head. The understatement of the small size is complimented by the gorgeous shine from the silver. These earrings SOLD for just $6 at the jewelry party. The best part about the purchase is that the woman bought them to wear with one of my bracelets--two pieces that I did not even picture going together, and yet they paired beautifully.

Evil Eye Inspired Ring

This elegant ring catches light no matter what angle you look at, creating the most intense sparkle. Of course it does not contain real diamonds, but it is a fun piece of costume jewelry to dress up any occasion. The metal setting that the face of the ring sits on is fun metal and really compliments the ring. This piece sells for just six dollars!

RR Ring

RR
This simplicity of this ring is what always catches my attention. One stone, one band. I am not one to usually love my jewelry simple, but in this case, it allows the focus to directly go to the intricate and unique coloring of the stone and also the the design of the band it sits on.

Again, brass colored metal, this ring has golden and red tones, along with some blue and yellow. The single stone steals the show (try saying that five times fast).

Because it is such a simple piece, it can be paired with an abundance of other types of jewelry--even another ring if you wish! This ring SOLD at the 12/13 jewelry party for $6.

PJ Bracelet

PJ
The color palette of this bracelet was inspired by...can you guess?

Okay, it is Princess Jasmine. Yes, the princess from Disney's Aladdin. Her outfit was the same shade of blue used in this bracelet, and her gold triangular earrings were the completion to her Arabian look. Well, here is my version of it.

The contrast of the blue and gold allows both colors to really pop, while the clean white pearls really bring the two opposing colors together and allows for a pattern among the diverse beads. The small brass colored toggle clasp secures the bracelet. This bracelet SOLD at the jewelry party for $10. My favorite part about this sale? That the young lady who made the purchase was going to prom and although she did not even have a dress picked out, she showed me the gold and blue sparkly pumps that she will be wearing--the same exact color theme of the bracelet! Working the outfit around her accessories? A girls after my own heart!

MX Earrings

MX
I have never been a big fan of the holiday genre of jewelry (christmas tree dangling earrings or candy cane charm bracelets) but I have to admit, I love these wreath earrings. I finished making them and tried them on and the sparkle from the rhinestones and pop of color from the rose on the bow turned these earrings from silly holiday decor to trendy hoops. Around the holidays, I really love the brass colored metal. A pair of these earrings sold at the jewelry party last week for $12.

Stone drop earrings with a little sparkle

Another pair of stone drop earrings, these ones have a little more sparkle to them. For the same price, these earrings are adorned by rhinestones, creating a more elegant look. These earrings perfectly complete an elegant evening look and are one inch in length.

Stone drop earrings!

I love the color tones of this pair of earrings. They go with one of the LA bracelets. The camouflage coloring and the rectangular shape of them is so unique. The length adds femininity to the earth tones. All stone drop earrings sell for ten dollars unless otherwise noted :)

3X Bachic

3X Bachic
This piece is from my Bachic Collection. It takes an interesting shape when it is laid flat, but it actually sits perfectly on the wrist, curving around the width. The combination of the peach and clear colors of the beads pairs amazingly with the gold cross and definitely stands out during this cold winter season when colors are generally darker. Both types of beads are twin beads, while the peach ones are more square and the clear are round.

This piece sells for $32.00.

WZ Ring

WZ Ring
I posted this ring a while ago--it was actually one of my first designs--but I wanted to repost using my lighting kit. The Swarovski rhinestones really capture the light, and the image of the piece sitting on the hand shows how beautiful it wears, and also allows you to really understand the size.

This ring sells for $15.00.

UPDATE: a brooch version of this ring SOLD at the 12/13 jewelry party for $15.

PS Ring

PS Ring
When this ring is worn, it is seriously the only piece necessary, besides maybe some simple earrings or necklace. Honestly! It takes over your hand (in a good way!) and brings such a combination of pretty/elegant/trendy--an amazing combination if you ask me. Adorned with Swarovski rhinestones, this metal piece has a small multi-colored gem in the center. This ring sells for $12.00.

LW Bracelet

LW Bracelet
This bracelet, which is designed on a clear beading wire, secures with a small silver toggle, and consists of twin glass beads and also a coral/beige color combination of oversized beads. One aspect of this piece that I love is the different textures of each bead--you can see it if you click on the image. This pallet is so warm, perfect for these cold winter days! This bracelet sells for $16.00.

LA Elastic Collection

LA Elastic
I love learning new designs and styles--even when it is something as so simple as an elastic bracelet--learning this new trade is so exciting and I could not wait to share it. I have been using oversized sparkly and colorful beads to make these elastic bracelets that make up the LA collection, and I honestly have never received so many compliments! The colors just draw attention, and because they are elastic, they fit perfectly to the wrist. Each piece looks expensive, and yet the collection runs between 8 and 12 dollars! With so many color combinations and bead styles to choose from, this collection will be massive and so unique.
